Tri-Stake Activity PEI

The tri-stake activity is this week on Friday. If you had confirmed that you are going then you need to meet at the Presque Isle Mcdonalds parking lot at noon on Friday. Here are some other reminders and importanti info if you are planning on coming!

* If you have a camera, bring it, it will come in handy for the activity
on Saturday
* Bring a sleeping bag, and you could be sleeping on the floor
* You are responsible for providing your own towel or facecloth for
showers in the morning
* Some of the activities will take place outside, please dress warmly
* Bring your scriptures
* Our Dance will have an Hawaiian theme
* We ask that all youth bring a filled in Medical form (attached), also,
please include your health card number on that form
* To speed things up throughout the day on Saturday we are not going to
require the youth to dress in their Sunday best. For The Strength of Youth
Standards still apply though.

* REMINDER--there will be NO WEDNESDAY ACTIVITY this week because of the tri stake activity this weekend! I will not be going this time but Brother Johnson, Brother Ricks and Sister Patton will be going. If there are any questions, please call me (Sister Mathie).

A New Presidency

Hello to all of you. We want to let everyone know that there is a new Young Womens Presidency. We will miss Sister Slaughter and are very thankful for her love and service in the young womens. Our new presdiency is:

We are all very excited to be in young womens and look forward to a lot of great times!

The Caribou Ward Iron Chef
The Caribou Ward annual Iron Chef was held Wednesday April 7th 2010. Young Men and Young Women competed to see who would win the coveted wisk (dominated by the Young Women for 7 years). After a grooling battle the judges determined that .........
The Young Men Won!!!
Congratulations to the Young Men and a job well done!! Was this a fluke or can the same be done next year? Can the Young Women get the wisk back? Tune in next year and you'll find out.
It was a close compitition one judge gave the Young Men 27 points and the Young Women 25 points; while the other judge gave the Young Men 26 points and the Young Women 25 points.

Young Women Broadcast

The Young Women General Broadcast is this Saturday the 27th. We will not have our regular activity on Wed but instead we will meet at

Feb. 3 Joint Activity

We will be having a combined activity Friday evening from 6pm-midnight at Sister Slaughter's house. We'd love to see you all there, even if you can't stay the whole time!

Wednesday January 6th Activity

We will be going swimming in Limestone. Please be at the church by 6:30.

Remember to bring a towel and please no two piece bathing suits (unless you are wearing something over it to swim in).
